Vera Daybed Right Arm - Rum Raisin

The Vera Daybed Right Arm in Rum Raisin is 192cm long, 89cm deep and 77cm high, upholstered with one arm on the right. One arm rather than two means you can lie down on it. At 192cm it takes an adult full length.

A one-armed daybed is more useful than a two-armed one for a plain reason. Two arms make a short sofa you sit in; one arm makes a place to put your head with your feet free at the other end.

The right arm is the detail that is easy to get wrong ordering online. Sit where the piece will go and decide which side you want to lean on, because the mirror image is a different product rather than a rotation of this one.

At 89cm deep this is close to sofa depth, so unlike a narrow chaise it is comfortable to sit back in as well as to lie along. That makes it a genuine second seat rather than a specialist one.
