Urban Sofa LHC - Olive

The Urban Sofa LHC in Olive is a curved 338cm sofa with an open chaise on the left as you face it, upholstered in Copeland Olive, a muted grey-green. It is 105cm deep with a 40cm seat height, and ships in two sections that are joined on delivery. Kolbi rates it for commercial as well as domestic use.

Olive works here because it is dulled rather than saturated. There is enough grey through it that the sofa behaves as a neutral across most of the day and only resolves as properly green when the light is strong or when it is set against something warm. That is the difference between a green sofa you have to build a room around and one you can put into a room that already exists.

Colour aside, this is the version to look at if the sofa will be used hard. A mid green hides the ordinary marks of daily use better than either a cream or a dark charcoal, the first because it shows everything and the second because it shows lint and dust. The commercial rating and the 95kg shipping weight both point at a frame built for more than occasional use.
