Theo Barstool - Fawn - Dijon

The Theo Barstool in Fawn has a rounded wrapped back in fawn speckle, a 100% polyester rated 50,000 on the Martindale scale. Cushioning is firm foam with a Dacron fill. The legs are powder-coated steel with an integrated footrest.

A wrapped back is unusual on a barstool and it changes how the seat feels. Most stools give you a low rail to lean against; a back that curves around the sides gives some lateral containment, which matters more at bench height where there is further to fall sideways.

Speckled fabric is the sensible choice for a stool at a kitchen bench, where crumbs and small marks are constant. A flecked weave absorbs them visually in a way a flat colour cannot, and at 50,000 Martindale the fabric is specified for the kind of daily use a kitchen actually sees. The firm foam and Dacron fill is deliberate: soft cushioning at bench height slumps and puts you at the wrong distance from the counter.
