dBodhi 4 Poster Queen Bed

The dBodhi 4 Poster Queen Bed is built from reclaimed teak with a substantial headboard and slim iron poster poles. It measures 162cm wide and stands 200cm high. Black finish.

At 162cm across, the queen is the version that suits a normal bedroom. A four poster needs clearance on all sides to read properly rather than looking wedged in, and the queen leaves that margin in rooms where the king simply would not.

The poles reach the same 200cm height as the larger version, which means the proportions change: a narrower bed with full-height posts reads taller and more vertical, closer to a canopy frame in feel. Some people prefer that; others want the broader, squarer look of the king. The headboard is solid reclaimed teak and carries the weight of the design, with the iron poles doing the framing above it. Salvaged timber, so grain and patches vary between beds.
