Pier Curve Sunbed - Terracotta

The Pier Curve Sunbed in Terracotta is 70cm wide, 200cm long and 32cm high, for outdoor use. At 200cm it takes an adult full length, and at 32cm it sits low, which is what a sunbed should do. The head end curves up rather than being propped.

A sunbed is one of the few pieces of furniture where low is the point. At 32cm you are close to the ground, out of the wind and in the sun, and getting up is a deliberate act rather than a habit. A higher lounger is easier to leave and less pleasant to lie on.

The 200cm length is worth checking against the space rather than assuming. Two of these side by side need 1.5 metres of width with a gap between them, which is more terrace than most people expect.

The caveat is that a fixed curved head does not adjust. If you want to sit up and read as well as lie flat, a reclining lounger is the right buy and this is not it.
