Madrid Curve Left Chaise Sofa - Soft Wheat

The Madrid Curve Left Chaise Sofa in Soft Wheat is the longest module in the range at 1350mm, 900mm deep and 720mm high. A chaise ends a run with room to lie along rather than an arm to lean on. Its back wraps around the form.

A chaise changes what a sofa is for. With an arm at both ends everybody sits upright; with a chaise at one end somebody lies down, and in most households that becomes the preferred seat within a week of delivery.

Which end it goes on is a decision about the room rather than the furniture: put it where legs can extend without meeting a walkway or a door swing. In Soft Wheat the chaise is the module most exposed to wear, since it takes feet, blankets and afternoon sun, and a pale boucle will show that sooner than a mid-tone. Worth knowing before choosing the colourway rather than after.
