Madrid Arch Bedhead

The Madrid Arch Bedhead in Peach with Greige piping is 160cm wide and 160cm high on a 6cm profile. The arched top is outlined in contrast piping. It arrives fully assembled.

Contrast piping is the detail that decides whether an arched bedhead looks tailored or soft, and here it does both. The greige line traces the curve, so the arch reads as a drawn shape against the wall rather than as an upholstered mass, and the colour holds the peach back from being sweet.

A bedhead is one of the few pieces bought almost entirely on colour, so it is worth checking peach against your own wall rather than a photograph. It shifts markedly under warm bulbs, going closer to terracotta in lamplight and closer to blush in daylight.
