Leon Small Coffee Table - Porcelain

The Leon Coffee Table in Porcelain is 80cm across and 38cm high, on a central pedestal. The round top and single base leave the floor clear underneath, so a rug reads unbroken beneath it. It suits a seating group arranged on more than two sides.

Round coffee tables earn their place where people approach from several directions. There is no corner to catch a shin and no wrong side to reach across, which matters more in a room with chairs opposite a sofa than in one with a sofa against a wall.

Note the height. This one is 38cm, and the range is not consistent across sizes, so if you are matching an existing piece measure rather than assuming. A coffee table more than a few centimetres above the sofa seat starts to feel like a dining table.

The pedestal keeps the floor readable but it also concentrates the weight, so on a soft rug expect the base to settle into the pile.
