dBodhi Karma Charcoal Low Dresser With Open Rack

The dBodhi Karma Charcoal Low Dresser With Open Rack is built from reclaimed wood sourced from old buildings, with an iron frame and a charcoal black finish. It measures 180cm wide and 78cm high. The open rack gives display space alongside the closed storage.

The timber here came out of old buildings, which is worth dwelling on. Wood that has spent decades as part of a structure carries nail holes, weathering and colour shifts that no finishing process can replicate, and the charcoal finish is applied thinly enough that those marks still read through.

The open rack is the practical difference from the fully closed dressers in the range. It gives you a place for the things you use daily or want visible, while the rest stays behind doors. At 180 x 78cm the proportions suit a hallway or the wall behind a sofa, where the depth of 40cm keeps it from intruding into a walkway. Industrial in feel but warm underneath, which is what the reclaimed timber contributes.
