dBodhi Alpha Side Table

The dBodhi Alpha Side Table at 160cm stands 78cm high and only 40cm deep, on solid reclaimed twin teak beam legs. Those proportions suit it to sitting against a wall or behind seating. One of two sizes.

At 78cm high this stands level with a dining table, and at 40cm it is unusually shallow. That combination decides where it works: against a wall, behind a sofa, or along a hallway, rather than beside a low chair where the height would overshoot.

The shallow depth is the useful part. In a corridor or behind a seating arrangement, 40cm gives you a surface without narrowing the walkway, which is where deeper pieces cause trouble. The twin teak beam legs are the same construction used across the Alpha range, so it sits naturally with the dining tables and benches if you are furnishing a room from the collection. Reclaimed teak, so grain and marks vary between pieces.
