dBodhi Alpha Bench

The dBodhi Alpha Bench at 360cm is the longest in the range, on solid reclaimed twin teak beam legs, 47cm high and 35cm deep. It pairs with the 360cm Alpha dining table. A significant piece in its own right.

Three and a half metres of solid teak bench is an unusual object to own, and like the matching table it needs a space built to take it. In the right room it is remarkable; in the wrong one it is unmanageable.

Delivery access is the practical thing to resolve before ordering, since a rigid 360cm piece cannot be angled around a tight corner or a stairwell turn. Once in place it seats six or seven along one side of the matching table, or runs along a wall as a bench and surface combined. The twin teak beams are structurally necessary at this length rather than decorative. Reclaimed timber means the grain shifts along the full run, which at this size becomes part of the character.
