dBodhi Alpha Bench
The dBodhi Alpha Bench at 320cm is the second longest, on solid reclaimed twin teak beam legs at 47cm high. It matches the 320cm Alpha dining table. Long enough to work as a display surface in its own right.
At 320cm the bench stops being only seating. Placed against a long wall it becomes a low display surface, the kind of thing you would otherwise need a purpose-built plinth for, and it holds objects, books or a run of framed art leaning against the wall behind.
Used as intended with the matching dining table, it seats five or six along one side. Worth thinking about which side, since a bench against a wall means nobody can get out without everyone moving, while a bench on the open side works fine. The 35cm depth keeps it shallow, so it stores flat against a wall when it is not in service. Reclaimed teak beams underneath, hand worked.
