dBodhi Ace Small Rectangle Coffee Table - Natural

This dBodhi Ace Coffee Table is the 120 x 80cm rectangle, carved from reclaimed heritage teak with a graphic relief surface. The worked top gives it something to look at even when clear. It sits low at 35cm.

A 120 x 80cm rectangle is the classic coffee table footprint, and it exists for a reason: it runs parallel to a three-seat sofa with enough length to serve the whole seat rather than only the middle cushion.

The relief surface is what makes this version worth choosing over a plain top. Because the pattern is carved rather than printed, it reads through touch as well as sight, and light raking across it in the afternoon does something a flat surface cannot. Practically, that texture means a book or a tray sits better than a glass does, so a small flat coaster is worth having. Heritage teak is salvaged rather than newly cut, so grain and tone vary between tables.
