The Atticus Pine 2 Door Sideboard is a handcrafted sideboard in a distressed white finish, measuring 140cm wide and 85cm high. Two doors open onto interior storage. It leans coastal and rustic rather than formal.

A distressed finish is a deliberate choice and not everyone wants one. It hides the marks of daily life rather than showing them, which makes it forgiving in an entryway or a house with children, and it gives a new piece some of the softness that furniture usually takes years to earn.

At 140cm it is a mid-sized sideboard, long enough to hold a decent amount but short enough to fit a dining room that cannot take two metres of furniture. The two doors conceal everything behind them, which is what you want in a living room where the storage is holding things nobody needs to look at.
